YES. I will forgive and forget if a person hurt me once, or no matter how many times a person hurt me. I will be unfair to myself if i harbor bitterness in my heart for someone who may not even have qualms on what he/she did to me.
Though, sometimes it takes a longer time.

sometimes a person hurts us unintentionally but it leaves severe pain. Thus healing and forgiveness takes longer.
If u hurt someone, be sincere with your apology. I think its enough for me. If you caused damage to his/her life, make effort to "repair" the damage.

If someone accidently dropped something on your foot... then yeah sure.


If someone insults you..... sure why not, its only words and the opinion of 1 person.
if someone hacked off one of my limbs, threw acid in the face of someone i loved or cared about... then I seriously doubt I would forgive and forget... more than likely I would seek very very very violent and bloody vengeance, teaching them what the words pain and mortal really mean..... but hey, thats just me.

there is always a reason, I have never had anyone hurt me for the sake of just wanting to hurt me, not anyone that I cared about anyways.

Yes I would forgive and forget, we are all humans and we are bound to make mistakes sometimes. It's not good for a person to not forgive someone because then they will never have closure and always carry with them some kind of resentment. In my opinion, why hold yourself down and have all these negative feelings? Life is to short, so I say just move on!!
