Zorpia was founded in 2003 with a goal of bringing people together from all over the world and allowing them to share their ideas and interests. Since then the Zorpia Team has worked ceaselessly to reach people's heart and provide the best features in order to maximize our users' satisfaction. Our primary features are photo album, online journal, social networking, customized homepage, comment system and discussion forum.

The headquarters are located in Hong Kong, China. However, we are planning to open new branches in mainland China, US, UK, Australia and many other countries as we grow bigger.

Our company is run by the founder Jeffrey Ng and a team of diligent individuals.

	Jeffrey Ng - Founder and CEO Jeffrey Ng launched Zorpia in December 7, 2003. He started his first entrepreneurial experience at the age 15. He previously worked for Expedia Inc. and the National Center for Supercomputing Applications at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. Jeffrey graduated from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign with a double degree in Computer Engineering and Finance. He started building and developing Zorpia in 2002 in his own apartment and after one year Zorpia became a global influence that brought different people together. Currently he is leading the Zorpia team to put together their ideas and innovative thoughts in order to provide you the best and the most fun experience on Zorpia.com.
	Hongsheng Huang - Lead Software Engineer He is from Shanghai, China, a R&D team leader and advanced programmer. In 2004 he became the manager of the technical department at TianJin Estar Network Information & Tech Ltd. Co. Also, in 2003 he was a senior software engineer of Wireless department at the Beijing SOHU Ltd. Co. In 2001 he worked as a project manager at the Beijing Cellstar Wap Tech & Information Ltd. Co. Previously in 2000 he was the network administrator at the Guangxi Huaxin Computer & Communication Ltd. Co. His main expertise is in Perl, SQL, PHP, Linus/Unix, Oracle, MySQL, and C/C++/pro*c.
	Mike Enjo - Project Manager Mike is not only a member of the Zorpia team, but one of it's most enthusiastic users. He is a self confessed 'computer junkie', a musician, songwriter, CGI artist, husband and, father! Mike started programming computers in 1979 when he was 11 years old so remembers when they had green screens and no mouse! He came to Zorpia from Coolect I.T, where he helped conceive, design and code a media organising application from the planning stage through to commercialisation. In his 'spare time' he has been the producer on an Australian TV music show, has featured as a judge in national song contest, and runs his own recording studio.
	Dahlia Supnet - Community Manager Dahlia has lived an interesting and varied life in different countries, absorbing different cultures. She left home at 17 when she says she started her "journey of real life". Most recently before commencing her role at Zorpia, she was teaching English in South Korea. So it is no surprise, with her love of meeting people, that she became a passionate member of Zorpia in 2005. Since then she says she has witnessed many improvements and growth. It is largely due to Dahlia, that these improvements are instigated, since she tirelessly works to see that the member's ideas and suggestions are passed on to the development team.
	Hope Taylor - Music and Events Promotion Coordinator After joining the Zorpia team as a Site Administrator, Hope quickly proved her worth as an enthusiastic team member during the Human Z project. Hope enjoys a challenge, and on this occasion was able to get more than 1200 people stand in the shape of a 'Z' for Zorpia. In her role as Music and Events Promotion Coordinator, she hopes to use her adventurous and eager spirit, as well as her ability for good judgement and foresight.
