En lo profundo del centro de mi ser hay una fuente infinita de amor. Ahora permito que este amor
aflore a la superficie. Este amor llena mi corazòn, mi mente, mi conciencia, mi ser, e irradia en
todas direcciones, y retorna a mì multiplicado. Cuanto màs amor utilizo y doy, màs tengo para dar,
la provisiòn es infinita. El empleo del amor me hace sentir bien, es una expresiòn de mi alegrìa interior.
Me amo, por lo tanto, cuido de mi cuerpo y mi corazòn amorosamente y ellos me responden con amor,
con salud y energìa vibrantes. Me amo, por lo tanto me procuro un hogar acogedor, placentero y
una familia y amigos amorosos, que llenan todas mis necesidades. Lleno las habitaciones de mi hogar
y mi espacio de trabajo con las vibraciones del amor, para que todo el que entre, yo incluìdo,
se inunde de amor y se nutra con el.
Me amo, por lo tanto realizo actividades que disfruto haciendo, actividades que utilizan todos mis dones y
capacidades: realizo mis actividades con y para personas a quienes amo y que me aman.
Me amo, por lo tanto pienso con amor y me comporto con amor con todas las personas, porque sè
que lo que doy vuelve a mì multiplicado. Sòlo atraigo a personas amables a mi mundo, por que ellas
son un reflejo de lo que soy. Me amo, por lo tanto perdono y libero el pasado y todas las experiencias
pasadas, y soy libre. Me amo, por lo tanto vivo totalmente en el presente, experimento cada momento
como algo bueno, y sè que mi futuro es brillante, dichoso y seguro, porque soy una criatura amada del
Universo, y el Universo cuida de mì con amor, ahora y siempre. Y asì es.
